"Pas ouf pour le prix"

L’emplacement - Juste à côté de plage, le quartier est sympa Présence d’un sauna et beaucoup d’équipements dans la salle de sport

Il y a une caution de 200€ à payer à l’arrivée (je ne sais si c’est écrire quelque part ?) Le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur du prix qu’on paye (ex : beaucoup d’employés dans le haul mais personne ne nous aide à porter nos valises (sauf 1 qui était chauve avec une barbe lui c’était vraiment le meilleur)) Le petit déjeuner n’est pas ouf (ex : viennoiseries dures, œufs brouillés trop baveux limite liquides, eau pas fraîche) Les lits sont un peu durs et présence de petites boules dans la couette (voir en photo) Piscine très petite (hauteur 1m22, forme rectangulaire) Nous avions pris un autre hôtel dans les environs qui avait un meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Ne vous arrêtez pas aux 5 étoiles, ici ça n’en vaut pas la peine.

La ubicacion es perfecta, tiene una vista increible de Copacabana. El personal muy amable, ademas del desayuno que tiene muchas opciones. Esta muy cerca una estacion de metro donde se pueden ver otras partes de la ciudad.

No habian indicaciones claras o senalizacion clara sobre las poltronas de la playa que corresponden al hotel.

Localisation super et personnel d'accueil (Douglas) adorable

20 minutes de check in avec des employés qui papotaient (2 jours avant, check in chaleureux, gentil et efficace avec Douglas) Le wifi ne fonctionnait 9as bien du tout Pas de pression dans la douche et réglage de température difficile Le personnel qui me dit que je suis de moindre importance (ici c'est que pour lesVIP ) il faut franchement bosser la communication
