Very nice location. Close to other great areas.

No shampoo and conditioner. No pool towels. Had to pay for the ice for the ice bucket.

Trained staff They are vey attentive and serious about their job. The history of the place. The office operations hours were very good. The management team has thought of everything you could need to provide it. Like Makeup remover No pets allowed and they have signs everywhere about noise.

The garden needs attention, the surroundings can be a museum or a place to chill and read a book or listen to jazz music etc.
