Me encantó mi estancia en Luze Castellana. Todo estaba muy limpio, olía muy bien y el hotel es muy bonito. La ubicación está bastante bien; no está justo en el centro, pero tampoco me pareció un inconveniente. En general, tuve una experiencia muy positiva y volvería sin duda.

Por poner algún aspecto a mejorar, la ubicación no está en pleno centro de Madrid. Sin embargo, el hotel está muy bien comunicado mediante metro y autobús, lo que permite llegar fácilmente a zonas como Sol o Gran Vía. Además, se encuentra muy cerca del Paseo de la Castellana, por lo que la ubicación sigue siendo bastante cómoda. En general, no fue un inconveniente importante durante mi estancia.

Que no habia nunca vasos para comprar cafe de la maquina para llevar,y el personal una de recepcion una chica con gafas que estaba de turno de mañana el lunes 15 de junio pocas ganas de trabajar y muy antipática.
