Carolina Inn & Suites of Lake Norman

The breakfast was not much to write home too. Muffins, yogurt, two types of cereal, coffee, orange juice, apple juice. Had a toaster, but nothing to put in it like a bagel or an English muffin. The check-in was nice with the lady being very friendly, did take a little longer than I thought should’ve. For the price you can’t fit it. We just need a place to sleep and take off early. I would recommend it.

Staff is always friendly, clean rooms.

The motel room was okay, but not all that clean. Breakfast was poor compared to other motels.

Was ok. The bed so hard not soft

was clean but wasn’t like in the pictures and our door didn’t completely shut unless locked. felt like a motel.

Routine stay on a road trip. It was mediocre. Blanket wasn't great, furniture stained if clean, being on ground floor meant we had to close the curtains which made it dark, etc. Functional to sleep for a night, but not a place one wants to go back to. The next night further up the road we were in a Hampton Inn. Lots of small things that made a similar size place nicer and more comfortable.

By looking at the property you would think it’s just okay of a place, nothing fancy but the first time I stayed here because of the cost, very reasonable$$$. The rooms are renovated, super nice inside, very clean and the beds are very comfortable!! I really like the place a lot, the hotel staff are always so friendly so now i always stay here on a regular basis:):)

We stay here every time we come through town. Very nice owners in the middle of restaurants and the rooms are comfy
