The counter clerk was nice and helpful

Opening the room, and turned on the light, roaches scattered everywhere. We did not stay, they gave us our deposit back and are in the process of refunding our money.

I liked the price and it was ok.

I totally dislike that I put my sign to go clean and have clean towels, and no one went . Honestly and totally unsatisfied when I walked out, when I checked out, I saw a bed bug on the floor. Please be aware of that.
