Budget Inn

The property is very dirty, the rooms, the furniture in poor condition, the cleaning staff talk loudly because all the conversations are heard annoying. We had a bad experience with the reception very bad service, an attitude of not resolving preferring to give option to cancel the room. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The price and rooms are ok and clean.

There was no working outlets, restroom could use an upgrade.

Check in registration staff was friendly, helpful. The room with 2 queen beds was spacious. The shower/tub itself was clean. There was strong water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the gated and lighted parking area, as well as the secured lobby area at night.

The price seemed high for the quality of the furnishings, which are in need of updating. Mattresses were soft and less supportive than I prefer. Coffee, sliced bread for toast, and some juice were the only breakfast items provided. Though the tub itself was clean, the carpet/floor and furniture were visibly dirty. I did not like having to pay an additional $100 damage deposit, charged against the credit card and to be refunded in 3-5 days.

Staff being real respectful real clean also
