Hotel Umag Plava Laguna

Bella struttura direttamente sul mare. Camere ampie e letti comodi. Colazione e cena praticamente "all you can eat" Di tutto per tutti i gusti. Spa compresa per 2 ore giornaliere. Unica pecca la pulizia delle camere un po' frettolosa e non curata.

Leider waren wir diesmal sehr enttäuscht. Zimmer sehr klein für eine Familie, Sauberkeit der Zimmer sehr unzufrieden. Frühstück und Abendessen Situation Katastrophe. Personal kam nicht hinterher, haben mir richtig die Leute leid getan. Busse werden inzwischen angenommen und zu wenig Personal dafür. War wir störend fanden das sich die liebe Polizei beim Buffet ob abends oder morgens da mitbedient obwohl sie mit der Anlage nichts zutun haben. Fanden weder andere Gäste toll noch die Kinder. Personal war zwar immer sehr freundlich und bemüht aber das reicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel leider nicht aus. Werden wahrscheinlich nicht mehr hinfahren

Unter Betten war Staub. Sehr gutes Essen. Wellness Bereich soll renoviert werden.

Alles gut, freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, einzige Minus ist die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Am sonsten ein gutes Hotel. Würde weiter empfehlen.

Room itself was clean and fine. The only problem we had with the hotel was that they put us in a separate building in a suite they were renting from someone else. We literally couldn't get in the building because somebody had abandoned a bunch of old furniture on the other side of the door used to access the building. We literally could not get into the building until someone moved it. The stairway to the suite did little to instill any confidence in what we would end up with. It just looked like a tired old building. However, the room was new and clean. If you get this room, just be prepared to be disappointed in the building, its cleanliness and decor. The room is actually above some government office.

Buona la posizione davanti al mare. Male i servizi spiaggia e il parcheggio a pagamento che a mio parere dovevano essere compresi nel pacchetto.

Colazione e cena a buffet ottime con orari molto ampi (entrambe dalle 7 alle 10); i vassoi del cibo venivano continuamente riforniti. Hotel fronte mare e vicino ai campi di tennis in cui si disputa il torneo APT world tour. La camera economy è comunque spaziosa, pulita e dotata anche di minibar e tv. È possibile usare gratuitamente il centro benessere per 2 ore al giorno su prenotazione. Alla reception è possibile cambiare euro in kune (i bar, ristoranti e negozietti vari al di fuori dell'hotel non accettano euro, né carta di credito!) Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, un grazie particolare alla direttrice Franka, attenta a soddisfare tutte le esigenze dei clienti e a Mojca del centro benessere.

L'uso gratuito delle saune e delle vasche, senza l'ausilio di nessun personale. La pulizia ed il mangiare non sempre all'altezza. Manca un servizio di vigilanza sulla spiaggia, peraltro con acqua molto alta.

S obzirom na cijenu, koja je još uvijek previsoka za Hrvatske građane, nedovoljno. Restoran srednja žalost, osoblje ljubazno, komfor 3***
