Easy check-in and departure, clean and tidy room (16), well insulated for heat and sound. Bedroom great, comfortable bed and bedding with good quality pillows. Plenty of hot water and a very serviceable vanity. On-site parking with car visible from room.

Bathroom fitout a bit poor - shower shelf badly fixed, only one towel rail, shower plumbing noisy. Kitchenette fridge moved a lot when opened and kettle didn’t pour cleanly. Minimal kitchenware.

Perfectly priced and clean and tidy. Owner assisted in providing another day as required.

Clean, comfortable bed, spacious room, walking distance to Geelong town centre, quiet area, short driving to Spirit of Tasmania ferry terminal for early morning departure.

Neat clean and a very good price near the middle of town. Rooms have been renovated and there are new mattresses.

Great facilities and very helpful staff. They saw my wife limping (recent knee replacement) and gave her a room with provisions for disabled people, without being asked. Great location too, close to beach and cafes, restaurants.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the location close to the hospital where my father was The staff were supportive and the daily housekeeping considerate Great value for money
