Bluegreen Vacations Suites at Hershey

Location in proximity to Hershey park and Chocolate World. Size of the room/suite and parking garage.

EDIT: I am shortening my review as it excluded the issues we had in our room. The info on payment was that I paid Booking.com in full and authorized the resort to charge my card $100 for incidentals. Instead the resort recharged my card the full room rate not once but twice, a total of $1,964.96 for 3 nights after already paying in full. It has since been resolved after 1 week and multiple calls. And it was the resort that charged my card not booking.com for clarification to their reply. I am speaking with a rep from Hilton Grand Resorts (affiliated) regarding the toilet that overflowed multiple times, the towel rack that fell off the wall, the toilet plunger that had feces on it, the dirty bed linens and towels that remained outside our door on both sides of the hall for 2 days partially blocking the emergency exit of hall, the furniture being torn and covered in stains, as well as the issues we had with the phone in the room, the vending machines on the floor, and the elevator not working consistently; batteries in safe and thermostat dying during stay. The lack of accountability or concern from staff/management. No offer to change our room even after multiple issues and maintenance visits. Per recorded conversation with Rep Monday 1/12/26 that room is the next scheduled room for a remodel which we both agreed was sorely needed. Not sure why I was placed in the room in the first place, kept there after issues, and offered no offer of compensation knowing full well this room does not meet the standards expected by their owners association. I will give Bluegreen Hershey the opportunity to be accountable for this and at $338 a night in the off season I expect more, so I am disputing the charges. If I do not hear from them I will absolutely be contacting the BBB to file a claim on this. *note all advertised photos and reviews that have clean new furniture and arcades in game room are not in Bldg 2*

The room was clean and spacious and stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the free game room!

Parking spaces were a little tight.

The location to my family, the outlets and the park was perfect.

Every aspect of the stay at Hershey was perfect, and enjoyed the entire week. Would certainly go back to Hershey for another vacation.
