The location! Right next to Hersheypark! The suites were large and comfortable. We were able to have 4 adults and 2 kids all together otherwise we would have needed 2 hotel rooms. The kids loved the game room. Ping pong, pool, air hockey, Foosball and skee ball all at no cost. Highly recommend this resort!

"Comfortable….almost like being at home!"

The locations was PERFECT…amenities (quiet, comfortable, pool a plus) GREAT! The staff was helpful, check in was a breeze! Nice that it was close to a mall AND more importantly…there was/is a Starbucks there!

That the staff didn’t have extra tea towels and suggested that we simply throw our ONE tea towel in when we did laundry? I believe a 6 night stay with 4 people deserved at least TWO tea towels! I would have also liked a full size washer drier as we’ve had in the past.
