Duangjitt Resort, Phuket

Except for the Check In time it has been an excellent stay, everybody do their best to give you a life time experience.

The property had several key features that were closed, namely the spa which was a key feature during booking. Also, the hotel claims to have a kids club but this feature exists in name only. They have colored mushroom shaped buildings that look decent from the outside, but instead on the inside the place smelled horrible and was revealed to be a series of unkept and dirty rooms with no staff and no areas you would actually want your children playing. The final straw was the unbelievably rude interaction between senior staff during checkout where the treatment was worse than I have ever experienced as a guest of any establishment. Recommend staying far away from this place.

The outdoor facilities were excellent however the junior suite rooms were not suitable for three persons, even though on-line booking allowed it. Even though the reservation was for three persons the room were only setup for two, I had to ask for extra sheets, pillows, water, robe, slippers etc to accommodate three persons.

Old but great hotel in a good location.

After 2 days discussion with the manager we had all issues in the room fixed and my mum was moved to a hotel room closer to ours. The breakfast is great and the staff is very polite. Hotel needs some major renovations as facilities are outdated and broken. The location is great and there are heaps of bars and restaurants in a walkable distance.

The property was excellent. It had all the amenities required and the staff were extremely friendly. As it is close to patong beach there are plenty of food and shopping options.
