The staff were friendly and mostly helpful.

We stayed 6 nights out of 7 in total with a day out on an overnight tour. The common areas, lifts and laundries were dirty and did not get cleaned during our stay. An old hotel which could do with refurbishment. A sqeaky bathroom door took 2 days to get fixed.

Great location. Easy to find. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Clean.

Ignored by some staff on check in. We were a group of 4 female friends, so 2 bedroom plus sofa bed was very appealing. No bedding for the sofa bed. 1 face washer only. No bath mat. No tea towel in the kitchen. No extra toilet paper. 1 tiny milk for 4 people for 2 days. We went back to reception to get missing items, but shouldn't have had to. Fridge was so loud, no one could sleep on sofa bed anyway. Good service is not hard. Recent visit to Sydney, we were emailed to check bedding requirements and there was nothing missing. No Information card in the room re internet which was advertised as free.
