"If you need rest you will not find it here"

We just needed a place to sleep for the night. It was a 5 hour drive up with many miles yet to go. We checked in, the front desk person was an absolute sweetheart. Got to room 215, set up the pull out couch to find 0 pillows and 1 wispy blanket. No bottles of water in the room, not even a paper cup to fill with water in the room. We laid down and the people in the room above us had a party, moved furniture , maybe tried to break in their high heels and tap shoes until after 2 am. We got about 3 hours of sleep. I messaged the front desk several times, weary and exhausted and was told they were taking care of it. The next day I went down to the desk to discuss, a sign was up that they’d “be back in a bit” I again messaged through the app where Kathy gaslit me and said my last communication with them was at 12:30 am, had I complained again they’d have handled it. Deeply sorry that after driving all afternoon and needing to just rest I didn’t keep messaging the desk about their guests they couldn’t manage. The next morning we checked out early ( again no one at the desk to talk to) and went in with our travels. If you need somewhere to stay near Biddeford , keep going this isn’t the place

Property was listed as "pet friendly" however that "friendliness" comes at a cost of $75 - that may be pet tollerant but not pet friendly Please list price for pets on web

La chambre était spacieuse et nous étions très confortables. Petit déjeuner abondant et chaud. Très apprécié.

Le café est imbuvable, mais nous n'en avons pas fait de cas. Nous allions tout simplement chercher du café ailleurs.

"Amazing"

The staff was so welcoming and helpful whenever I needed them. I love the texting features they use to check in on the guests. Everything was very clean and neat, I will be coming back to use this hotel in the future.
