Excellent location!! Safe, convenient and walking distance to attractions, restaurants and supermarts. Simple and good breakfast affair. Helpful and pleasant staffs. Clean and quiet accomodation. Will return again...

So convenient! Close to many attractions, good restaurants and shopping. Staff was so very kind and helpful. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you are looking for a clean, quiet place that is convenient, affordable, includes breakfast... this is it!!

"Perfect location"

Picked this hotel as it's the closest to Palace Square. Breakfast buffet is ok, not much choices. Front desk was extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. Rooms quite spacious with nice furnishings.

"Excellent Hotel"

Was here for the world cup. Super busy time for tourist but the staff catered for every need + were super nice. Top notch location (5 min walk from winter palace), excellent food and the room is very spacious with comfy bed and a touch of class with the finish. Room was equipped with aircon and TV.

"Exceptional"

Excellent clean rooms. Very modern bathroom with heated floors. Comfortable beds. I slept like a baby even though I had a recent spinal surgery, Location of the hotel is best in the city. 5 min walk to all major attractions. Very safe area. Breakfast was decent. Bread, hot oatmeal or rice kasha, omelette in the Russian style, polish kielbasa etc. I asked for eggs over easy, and the cook made it for me in the morning. Very nice reception staff ready to please you in every way possible. Would definitely come back.

"Terrible noise problem"

You can hear every single word of your neighbor. And there were horrible view at some rooms due to construction.

Hard to find, extremely small rooms, our view was another wall, desk clerk was dismissive about giving directions. Just did not enjoy our stay there. No English language on our teeny tiny tv.

"Close to everything in St. Petersburg"

This hotel was a good choice for our first trip to Russia. Location was perfect, being very central to our tourist activities. Limited English at reception, but provided most all the service we required. Air conditioned room was a huge bonus. Included breakfast was just ok, but it was free so I can't complain. We would stay here again.
