Hampton Inn Clarion

The lady who runs the breakfast area is top notch. Great at what she does. And I’d stay here for that reason alone. Second time at this place and I remembered her right away and thought, I’m staying here everytime I stop in Clarion

When we arrived we were placed in a room that had not been serviced properly as there were numerous human hairs in the bed. The duty manager quickly placed us in a room where the problem of an unchanged room was not an issue. In general the place, while modern, was not maintained at the expected level.

Clean and convenient!

Good location for us. This is the second time we have stayed here and we do enjoy the free breakfast. The staff is very friendly.

This hotel is not quite up to the level one expects from Hampton Inn branded hotels. Our room's floor appeared not to have been vacuumed and the shower area was in major need of caulk, grout, and plaster repair. Although rooms were reasonably priced and the staff was pleasant, I would not stay here again without confidence that these problems had been resolved.

The location is in a nice, quiet area, which we appreciated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were several issues with our stay. The walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbors talking all night, which made it difficult to sleep. Our room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the carpet felt sticky. The shower wasn’t clean, and the sink wasn’t level, causing water to spill down the counter every time we used it. Parking was also a challenge, with limited spots and larger vehicles taking up extra space due to poor parking. While the staff was great, the overall experience was disappointing.

Overall the room was nice. The bathroom on the other hand needed better cleaning. The shower was dirty and there was loose hair all over the bathroom.

Hotel was clean. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Completely happy with our stay here. Absolutely no complaints.

There was mold in the shower, and our bed had an actual wet spot that we discovered when climbing in to bed. Needless to say, we left.
