Everyone us friendly, especially Richie, and the property is comfortable and inviting. We love spending time here when we visit our daughter at Pepperdine. She loves getting a little bit of home cooking when we are together.

Richie received us with hospitality and professionalism. Learned of my situation and provided me a room that accommodated my requests. Also, the hotel and reception area were clean and organized. I asked who did the housekeeping and Patty was brought to my attention as the one who was responsible for that area that evening.
