Office clerk was nice. Outside and inside were clean.

Place was just ok. Window shades should be replaced with blackouts. The existing shades were small for the window and privacy was compromised inside the room. Door needs to be more secured with inside hotel security latch. Shower curtain too short for shower...water leaked all over floor. Price was high for what was offered. Had better value at a Super 8.

Close to cruise lines, clean, responsive staff, professional staff, nice patio area.

The curtains barely covered the windows and need to be exchanged for room darkening curtains. The room was too lit from outside lighting to have a restful sleep.
