Hôtel climatisé doté d'une petite cuisine bien équipée, literie confortable. Insonorisation correcte, bonne proximité de la Gare

Facturation d'un supplément majoré lors de la prise de la chambre, sans explication claire ni détail (14,50€). Réclamation d'un détail par mail effectuée à l'hôtel le soir même via la plateforme Booking, sans aucune réponse ce qui est incompréhensible et très dommage ! Obligé de faire appel à la plateforme Booking afin de trouver une solution (démarche toujours en cours). Sachant qu'après coup, une fois la chambre récupérée une fois le supplément payé, les tarifs concernant la taxe de séjour et autres, sont indiqués clairement dans la chambre et discordent avec ce qui a été facturé, il s'agit presque de malhonnêteté de la part de l'hôtel. Le stationnement est compliqué si vous ne louez pas le parking souterrain, tous les environnements sont payants en journée, et le nombre d'emplacements libres est très très limité.

Literie très confortable. Sympa d avoir un petit balcon. Parking pratique. Très propre et emplacement top à 5 minutes des commerces, d'un parc magnifique et les personnes que nous avons croisées étaient très sympathiques. Je recommande quand même les lieux.

Juste nous sommes arrivés à 10h20 au petit déjeuner,nous avions un mariage la vieille ( ça ce n lon problème, réponse de la serveuse)et nous avons demander si nous pouvions encore déjeuner puisque c est jusqu'à 10h30, la réponse à été oui mais très désagréable. Nous nous sommes servi et mangé en 15 minutes pour pas déranger. Ma prochaine fois je mangerai en extérieur.
