Das Bett war sehr bequem, man erreicht das meiste in Banff fußläufig. Die Lobby lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Parkplatz kostet zwar was (19 $ am Tag), macht das ein- und ausladen jedoch einfacher. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war prima.

Es gibt kein Frühstück. Beim Einchecken bekommt man Jetons, die man für einen Cocktail einlösen kann. Als wir dann einlösten, gab es einen echt geschmacksneutralen, wässrigen Cocktail mit reduzierten Alkohol („only 1 ounce instead if two“, wie man uns erklärte. - Leute, dann lasst es doch einfach ganz, denn das ist ärgerlicher als alles andere). Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer als Paar („Suite“), aber über unserem Bett gab es zwei Hochbetten - das nahm Platz weg. Schrank- Fehlanzeige.

Great hotel. Bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids. Very clean. Amazing service. Such a fun hotel!! I had hoped for breakfast to be included but everything else made up for that. Would definitely stay again!! Just a little constructive criticism…maybe add a towel hook by the sink in the toilet room. My kids couldn’t reach the shelf above the toilet. Also include 2 bars of soap instead of just one since there are 3 sinks 😉 But seriously loved it!!
