Travis in the front was very kind and helpful.

Hidden parking fees! We literally stayed there. Should be included in price. Also, we were asleep and staff came to the room banging to give us towels we didnt ask for. They knocked 4 times. Very disappointed in how loud the halls were. Very frustrated with the cost.
