USUSUSUSUSUSUSStaff were very kind and accomodating with the issues we had with our room. They are a very nice crew. I think our experience was a one-off. If the room issues wouldn't have occured, we would have given this place a 10. Comfortable bed and good breakfast with many choices.
The bathroom sink was partially clogged making the draining very, very slow. The sink would sit with mirky water for over an hour while it slowly drained. Also after returning from our evening out, our door lock would not accept our key. The person running the desk, Michele, I believe her name was, was very kind and attentive although she was unable to fix the probelem and we finally had to use the master key to access our room. It took quite a while for her to access our room mostly because the tool used to remove the key cover was missing from the front desk and she had to improvise. Again, she was great and appologetic throughout the process. She was doing the best she could with the lack of support she had with the missing tool and the broken lock. After standing in the hallway for a long time, we were very tired and fatigued by the time we finally were able to access our room.
