We had a oke room suite and the whole room didnt had any mirrors except the bathroom. The bathroom smelled like smoke

No mirrors Bathroom had smoking smell Breakfast was below average. Not much vegeterian options

The breakfast provided was excellent. The hotel was clean, quiet and the our room was a nice size.

All 3 of us did not like the beds. They were soft and lumpy. This was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good, eggs barely warm, otherwise good. kids loved the pool and it’s one of the rare pools where the water temperature was warm enough for everyone to enjoy. Hot tub was too hot but that’s OK

As a senior, I slept on the hide a couch mattress and it was terrible terrible terrible, even the bottom of the bed frame was rusty, I think it was 219. Please replace that mattress. I paid $300 and got the worst sleep ever. It was your only room available so my kids had the king bed. Thank you

Location (for us) is convenient for visiting family. Beds are comfortable. Hotel was mostly quiet, even with a Packers game in town. Close to highways for better access to the city and other things to do.

Same breakfast foods every day of our 5 day stay. Didn't receive any housekeeping-even after requesting it. I understand the understaffed excuse, but when you are told you will get housekeeping on your third day, it should be done. Water pressure in the showers need to be better.

The room wasn’t very clean there was cobwebs on the ceiling. Bed sheets had stains. Couldn’t shut the bedroom door bc the bed is in the way. Bathroom didn’t have fresh roll upon checking in the roll was almost gone.

The front desk personnel were kind enough to find us a room even though we checked in a little early. The room far exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was good. The room has a microwave and fridge, which makes it very convenient. We like the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel.

Those who expect firm mattresses may find the beds too soft. Our room is situated on the corner of the third floor of the building, resulting in annoying noise and vibrations from the nearby road.

Clean and comfy rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Stayed here before
