Unstimmigkeit bei der Abrechnung für einen Aufenthalt von 2 Tagen wurden mir 4 Tage (664 EUR) berechnet. Eine Ausnahme lag nicht vor. Ich bitte um Überprüfung und Korrektur der Abrechnung. Leider war das Hotelpersonal sowie das Management nicht in der Lage, mein Anliegen zu verstehen oder zu lösen. Auch über Expedia konnte keine Klärung erreicht werden. Ich habe somit 664,00 EUR umsonst bezahlt – sehr enttäuschend.

Appart pas très propre, toilette, cuisine, casserole poile très salle à changer Prise de courant défectueuse escalier et appartement Frigidaire bouteille dans la glace( oubli) Bruit appart 15 (enfants ) Chien dans la nuit Poignée à changer ( volet terrasse) Interrupteur ne fonctionne pas tous Ect… Le seul point positif le garçon a l’accueil le matin
