"Aller ailleurs! "

Reservation de 2 chambres. Carte donnée pour y accéder. 1 chambre non prête à notre arrivée. Retour de marriage on découvre que la chambre a une serrure donc pas possible d’y accéder avec une carte. Numéro d’urgence fait aucune solution ni remboursement proposé! Eau trouble de la piscine!! Balcon pas nettoyé. Infiltration d’eau. Draps manquant pour le lit enfant signale à la réception mais non mis en chambre! Aucune excuse donnée

"Appart'hotel très bien pour un cours séjour"

Deux nuits pour assister à un mariage dans la région. L'appartement était très bien. Dommage que les extérieurs ne soient pas entretenus. Problème de programmation de la clé vite résolu par un appel téléphonique.

1er chose bon accueil.....une fois arrivé ds le logement c une catastrophe salle fourmis .....odeur environnement extérieur on dirait une cour de prison....inadapté aux famille limite dangereux a éviter

"Ne pas aller en couple."

Isolation pas très bonne , les lits doubles c'est deux matelas côte à côte et pas un seul matelas , vous êtes obligé d'allumer le chauffage même en partant parce que sinon il fait froid , personel très accueillant , mais cette hôtel n'est pas fait pour les couples.

Appartement sale même très sale où nous avons eu le bonheur de découvrir des cafards!!! dans toute la cuisine dans le frigo,micro-ondes.... A éviter absolument

Nous avons choisi de séjourner dans cet appart hotel qui nous permettait de louer un seul logement pour 6 personnes. Julie à l'accueil a été très efficace et la communication avec elle était très facile et agréable.

"Sale nuit blanche!"

Avec des amis pour passer seulement une nuit pour un mariage, nous sommes arrivés dans une villa dont le ménage n’était pas fini. Après la soirée tard (3h du matin) nous sommes rentrés et les volets roulants de la plus grande chambre ne se fermaient pas, et d’autres résidents avaient décidé de faire la fête encore plus tard et bruyamment si bien qu’il était impossible de garder le fenêtre ouvertes. Bref nous ne gardons pas un souvenir impérissable de cet hébergement !
