We LOVED Natalie. Also lived the gentlemen the morning i checked out. The twonof them made me laugh and smile. EXACTLY what I needed. Give them a HUGE THANK YOU for me. Made up for the complaint I have below.

Thomas Gigioli was not a pleasant man. Treated the staff poorly in front of me and seemed put off when I asked him to refill the morning coffee dispenser . He REALLY did not like that I asked him for something, which bothered me VERY much. Any encounter like that when I've spent my HARD-EARNED money for a getaway puts a damper on my mood.

Size of room & view was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice & helpful.

Room could've been cleaner & more updated furniture. Ice machine location wasn't convenient. Parking was terrible since it was often a book away to get to our car in nasty weather.
