I only had one complaint and that was the lack of insulation between the rooms, both nights we were interrupted throughout our stay by the noise being made by the guests next door

"Good Stay at a Quiet Location"

One of the better Hiltons I've stayed at. The room was nice and clean. Fresh sheets. Bathroom corners, clean...yup I check! Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but the usual fixings and perfect to start my morning. One minor complaint was the next floor down, had a barking dog that wouldn't stop. I assume the owner left the dog alone. Not sure what the pet policy is but the hotel should keep those rooms in one location, so they don't bother the other guests.

We enjoy staying at Hampton due to their locations, large rooms and amenities. This was a good choice for the area. Large king room with a beautifully updated bathroom, large shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was hit or miss. Fruit juices had an off flavor, again watery oatmeal, but waffle machines were working, and a decent selection of cereals, breads and various hot egg dishes. Unlike our experience at the Lenox MA Hampton, the pool was open and staff was friendly. Location was quiet and easy to get into town and the lake. A good choice for off lake, not in town location.

"Not perfect but still very good"

This property is always clean and well-kept, however the powered privacy shade was stuck down and the refrigerator didn't work. The fridge was replaced and maintenance efforted repair on the shade without success. That said, it's still our choice for a stay in Lake George
