Friendly staff very clean great location

Room rug had a bit of an odor. The door had space between it and the frame, so you could see out into the hallway.

La piscine et le spa (avec la murale du Lac George, c'était très joli). La chambre a été rénovée, c'était très joli ! Le décor était assorti au Lac George, c'était vraiment mignon

La personne qui nous a accueillie semblait porter jugement à mon apparence (j'ai l'air jeune mais quand même, pas au point de me faire dévisager... et même quand je suis revenu acheter un snack au "dépanneur" de l'hôtel) J'ai trouvé l'expérience complexe et malaisante. De plus, le déjeuner manquait de variété et certains aliments manquaient à 8h00 am (exemple : lait d'amende)

Room is not on the best condition. You can hear guests loudly in the next room showering And using toilets. Room not in the best condition for the expensive cost. Linens are thin and not good quality. Someone came in our room and left a note saying they cleaned it; but nothing was done. Bathroom is tiny and shower extremely slippery. You need to stand inside the shower to open the door because the bathroom is so small. Mirror has stains on it.

Breakfast was excellent. The check-in experience was great and the property location excellent.

A changing room in the indoor pool and gym area would be helpful.
