Sanibel Moorings Condo Resort

I loved being on the ocean. When I arrived , office was closed and I had no way to get key for the first night .

My family and I were very happy with the amenities and accommodation, the beach and other activities are very close and the staff is very friendly. There are many good restaurants near by. It’s a great vacation place.

The landscaping is gorgeous, the location to the beach was fantastic and the condo was perfect. Very comfortable and enjoyable. We will go back!

We truly loved everything about the Moorings! The unit we stayed in was perfect for our family. The layout was nice, just the right size. It was modern, clean, and was stocked with almost anything we could possibly need for our week stay. We were a very short walk to the beach. It was nice that chairs and umbrellas were provided. This was our first trip to Sanibel and we can’t wait to return. We will definitely be staying at The Moorings!

The moorings is a very beautiful property with many unique plants and flowers that is well-maintained and the staff are friendly… It has been one of my families favorites for many years.

Great location with short walk to beach. Wonderful to have a full kitchen rather than a mini fridge/microwave. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We did not utilize the pool but it was beautiful. Lovely grounds. Perfect place to relax and enjoy paradise. Beach chair and umbrellas were provided without an additional charge which is a nice perk. Many other places we have stayed charged a fee. Our only issue was with WIFI. Could NOT maintain a connection which made checking into work a bit of a hardship. I'm sure this is not an issue for many people on vacation. We ended up using a very large chunk of our monthly data allowance on our mobile plan for the week and will incur an cost overage for data this month.

Sanibel Moorings is a beautiful place that is actually a horticultural garden with too many flowers and trees to name. The unit was very nice and the grounds were well maintained. Staff in the office were eager to help. Only issue with the unit was a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced and a toilet that needed to be be repaired but we may have needed to be more assertive.
