Roomy, comfortable, very quiet condo, gorgeous gardens, nice clean beach. Appreciate that beach chairs and umbrella are included. Very quiet air conditioning. Screened in porch with towel/bathing suit rack

Loved it so much last year, we came back this year and plan to do so every spring.

The property is well managed and could not have been better .. There was one exception, though and that was that the TV in the master bedroom was not connected to the cable and the wires were just hanging out. Otherwise the condo was excellent.

Our family just spent 10 nights at Sanibel Moorings and throughly enjoyed our trip. It’s a beautiful, quiet, safe resort. Loved the access to both the beach and the canal. The beaches in the area are gorgeous and are great for shelling. If you prefer a groomed beach with algae, etc removed you will not find that here. It’s left in its natural state. We saw a lot of wildlife in the vicinity of the resort including dolphins, manatees, rays, and many sea birds. Paddle boarding off the resort is a lot of fun! A nice way to spend an afternoon. Riding bike is a great way to get around the area. We have never rented bikes on vacation before and it was a bit of a unique experience for us. The bike trails are an asset to the area. We rode our bikes to the Island Cow for dinner one evening and to the lighthouse/ Sanibel Pier another evening. We highly recommend this resort. Great location, lots to do in the area for a family, clean, friendly staff including maintenance personnel, nice upgrades, two nice (but small) pools, and a lovely garden (banana, mango, and avocado trees!).

Dishwasher had nasty smell, they tried to fix it was not able to. Icemaker in fridge did not work. Shower drain overflowed. Maintenance came and fixed it right away, they say it happens all of the time. Rug in master bedroom wet when we came in. Called maintenance they fixed it. Very nice place, a few issues. The shower drainage was the biggest. Maintenance and front desk people very helpful and nice!!

You couldn’t ask for better. Sanibel Moorings was phenomenal. Clean, beautiful beach (perfect for shell searching) and garden. 2 very nice pools (wish they were open 24 hours or at least a little later) Free canoe, kayak rentals to travel the beautiful canal. Tennis courts, bike rentals. The location is perfect. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The condo itself was beautifull, very clean and had everything we needed.
