Howard Johnson by Wyndham Downtown Kamloops

I love that it is so close to the hospital, the staff is very friendly, this is always my first choice when staying in Kamloops. Clean and comfortable room, would definitely recommend.

the carpets where very dirty. After walking around with no shoes on our feet were black. definitely needs a carpet clean or new carpets

Comfy, clean and affordable. Only issue not enough plugs to plug in cellphones or laptops. Rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean. Bathroom is dated but clean.

Rooms smells bad.

Smells bad. And bed linens not clean. Staff are friendly and easy to talk with cancellation. They refund half of the price.

I asked to change rooms upon arrival because I was on the first floor. The staff were able to accomodate me quickly, and I felt they handled my request respectfully and efficiently. Very grateful to the great staff.

Bed seemed on an angle, uncomfortable and continental breakfast was lacking but overall great stay if you only need a room.
