Air conditioning in the rooms

Check in was a bit of a joke - rooms not ready at check in time despite being booked in advance - apparently this was my fault as I'd asked for 2 rooms close together! My group and I were left sitting in the foyer for over 40 minutes and had to repeatedly ask if our room's were ready! Bed was so uncomfortable it felt like the springs were poking through (I was assured by the reception staff that they were all brand new mattresses only 2 months ago, if this is the case I'd be asking for a refund!) and pillows were a joke. Also the fact you have to pay for parking.
