"Excellent"

Convenient to our target destination, the Puy de Dome. Built on a very steep roadway, no convenient place to park to offload/ load baggage. Parking lot across the road in a ravine, difficult to access. Rooms redefined "small". Need to ask for a key for the room safe. Staff were hospitable and eager to please. Bedding was comfortable, sheeting satisfactory, all was very clean. Our room was at the back of the hotel and all was quiet, no street noise. Restaurant food was of sufficient quantity, tasty and at a reasonable price

"Hotel bien situé et restaurant excellent "

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour 2 nuits avec 2 enfants de 3 ans et 1 an et demi. La chambre était spacieuse et fonctionnelle, elle mériterait un petit coup de neuf mais elle était très propre! Petit bémol pour le plafond de la salle de bain légèrement encrassé Au niveau du restaurant c'était tout simplement excellent ! Nous avons aimé le Cola Auvergnat mais aussi la truffade spécialité régionale! Madame à apprécié son crumble à la fourme d'Ambert le tout pour un prix plus que correct et un service extra! Nous avons également pris les petits déjeuners sur place sous forme de buffet et ce dernier était plutôt bien fourni Idéalement situé pour visiter les volcans d'Auvergne, vulcania... Très bon rapport qualité prix Je recommande fortement

hôtel accueillant, petit déjeuner très bien. La chambre donnait sur la route mais nous n'entendions pas trop les voitures. Parking derrière l'hôtel.

"Friendly hotel with excellent staff."

Spent two nights here.An old spa town with interesting buildings and a good Tourist Office.We went by bus into Clermont Ferrand and had a great day.Excellent bus service.
