Berjaya Praslin Resort

We had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Praslin Resort on Praslin. The hotel is excellent, the breakfast was genuinely great, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive while still being completely discreet — exactly what you want on holiday. The standout for us was Bilal: truly exceptional, full of energy, and someone who adds value you didn’t even know you were missing. He takes care of every little detail, makes sure everything runs smoothly, and always has helpful tips on what’s possible, so even a rainy day never gets boring.

The hotel was in a very convenient location to visit the island. There is a parking which is very nice to have since everyone rents a car. Rooms are nice, they provide water, have a good air conditioning and the pool is great to relax after a whole day wondering around the different beaches. Breakfast is great, decent, having someone preparing for eggs, crepes, waffles and then the rest, fruits, some extra choices of food, coffee etc. Bilal is very kind, helpful and the best person we have met on the islands. They are lucky to have him. He gives you his WhatsApp and is always available to answer any questions you may have. The hotel has a buffet every night, nothing special but it’s convenient since the area doesn’t have a lot of choices for nice food.

Our experience at Berjaya Praslin Resort was very enjoyable. The beachfront location is beautiful, and the resort offers a calm and laid-back vibe which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was the excellent service, especially from Bilal. He was always approachable, courteous, and went the extra mile to assist us whenever needed. It’s staff like him that make a stay memorable. The resort itself is comfortable and well-kept, making it a solid choice for anyone visiting Praslin. Would definitely consider staying here again!
