Ottimo hotel

The staff are very attentive and I loved that the beach is right there, a golf cart away, I never had to wait too long for transport. I slepted incredibly well, something I really needed. Housekeeping was always on point. Its nice to stay in a clean place that smells nice, and this was the case. The breakfast was super, many options for all. Best time to go is in end of April as the hotel was not full so it was very pleasant!

Upon arrival, at 11:30pm, I was not happy with the attitude of of the front desk gentleman, where my daughter went to bed without food as we arrived late, but Manuella the concierge manager made sure to turn my experience into a pleasant one, which indicates smart management. She did a great job along with the staff that she manages. I thought that the food and drinks were a touch high priced, I payed 19 euros for a penne pasta and butter for my daughter. I mean, that is a lot when the pasta is coming from a box. Also the menu at the restaurant is kind of tired. They should offer better options if they want to charge high prices. I don't mind paying for good food, but the menu was not great, even the pasta with butter sucked. I went out every night and had better food nearby. Also the older members of the staff can be very snobby, let the record show. You better be wearing your Rolex or else! I left mine at home.

Beautiful location. Fabulous views. Staff were perfect.

Limited dinner and lunch menus. Breakfast was amazing. Wines were pricey.

Toller Strand und Meer. Großzügige sehr gepflegte Anlage in der Natur. Kleine Häuschen mit Zimmern zum wohlfühlen (superior Delux mit Lagunenblick). Leider entspricht das Essen/ Dinner nicht einen 5 Sterne Hotel. Wenig Auswahl und der Service ist sehr bemüht aber nicht perfekt.

The breakfast was amazing and the evening meals like michelin star chefs and great local wines - really fantastic place to stay we will be back!

If you are half board you then have to pay extra on top for the BBQ and one night we went to another restaurant they said we could use and although we paid 100 euro a night for half board we had to pay 180 euros for this place so be very careful where you are eating as they only gave us 25 euro credit back and it was hugely expensive. Another downside is that there are no toilet facilities on the beach and its along way back up to your room if you need to go. I was very surprised such a high standard place had no toilet facility on the private beach that is something they really need to look at!

The location. Being on this hill, between the sea and the hills. Beautiful and serene.
