Connecting rooms - we hear the neighbours. Restaurant is far from the rooms and not cosy.

Det var dårlig opplyst om på forhånd at det var ulike grenser for hva du fikk tilgang til ift hvilket rom du hadde bestilt. Å få tildelt rad to og tre på stranden som nesten var folketom, virker gjerrig og lite serviceminded, og måtte betale for leie av tennis racketer det samme. Ingen opplysning fra hotellet om restauranter eller andre ting i nærheten. Stranden var fint, og renhold veldig bra.

Great location, love the easy access to beautiful beaches! Great hospitality from the staff. We did have to change rooms as we spent our first night in a room with damn and mold problems. They were able to move us next door albeit the bathroom was smaller. There was still some signs of mold in the bathroom but it didn’t smell of damn. I would have expected the room to be better considering the price of the room we had paid for.

This Hilton property located on the southern coast of Sardinia was fantastic. The units are located up the hill and overlook the Med. Sea. The short walk down to the private and staffed beach was always clean and cared for. The room view is amazing and the room clean and spacious. The staff is excellent (and I am not saying that lightly). Across the street is another Hilton property and one has access to their facilities (i.e., Restaurants'/Spa). I got in 3 sessions of tennis with the resort pro/master on the clay courts (very well cared for) during our 7 days. In Chia, which has a remote feel to it, not crowded with views of the mountains to the north, the 'flamingo' lagoon to the east and the sea to the south. We walked up the hill to our unit, but the resort has staff driven carts to get one up or down and over to the beach or the other Hilton Resort. This resort was worth every penny/euro that we spent!

Loved the beach of the hotel! Really a gem! The staff were generally very helpful and nice. The rooms were spacious and the balcony is very cosy. Liked that there is no music and non-stop proactive service at the beach. You get to choose your own pace of drinks and the vibe you want to have!

We found the bed quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was every day exactly the same which got really repetitive if you are staying longer. We had a problem with our room, while in the middle of the night the solution was found, there was no proactive understanding for inconvenience it caused us, made the compensation conversation quite awkward.

The beach at this resort is amazing, one of the best we've seen and they provide all towels and services there. The staff were really kind and so happy to help whenever possible. The room was also spacious and very clean, loved the layout and setup of having your own little hut.

The location was quite far out, so if you're looking for a resort like holiday then this is the perfect stay however the second you want to go out there isn't much happening in the area. So ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. Additionally, the gym was unfortunately very small.

The beach is very nice The staff are friendly especially at the Il Ginepro restaurant, Elisa and her team are just wonderful, Elisa is extremely professional and welcoming, they put a lot of heart in everything they do. Sara the life guard at the beach is very helpful and her team are very joyful.

The reception / reservation need to have more training and support

The location is ideal for those who love quiet places surrounded by nature and access to a nice beach (from where you can hike to have beautiful views). Considering that we needed two rooms we thought the quality/price relationship was good. Most staff was nice and efficient. Francesco was really helpful providing many recommendations.

Breakfast buffet was varied and the overall quality was good but I would suggest to have coffee machines as an alternative to order coffee as it took some time to get the freshly prepared coffee during breakfast.
