Baymont by Wyndham Lake George

The bed was comfortable, the facility itself is run down, carpet should be removed. Overall we were happy with location since we were there for the car show.

The place was a great price compared to other hotels that gouged their prices for the weekend car show. Our room was clean and sufficient. An issue with a slow draining sink was promptly taken care of. The woman (not sure of her name) in the office was very friendly along with the gentleman working the morning shift. This place is not the Ritz but that’s not what you are paying for! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Nice people. Good location. Both pools dirty and not in operation. Everything else was good. Good service.

With the pandemic rules it took getting use to. No maid service and had to get our own towels. We had to keep getting a new door card as they keep deactivating after one use. They did have to go bags for breakfast and coffee for in our room. Was good for the sleeping and showering.

Dump. Look somewhere else. Moldy shower door. Bed sheets looked yellowish.

As soon as we walk into our room the water is running in the tub and it won’t shut off. Told the front desk and they were going to send someone up within an hour, which was fine we were going to dinner. When we returned the water was not fixed, we had to sleep with the bathroom door shut. Never heard from the front desk. Also, the outdoor pool was green, not able to go swimming.

Arrived at 2pm to check in, waited for an hour to clean the room. When checking in our things, we found out that our 2 rooms were not cleaned. Rooms are dirty and dusty, carpet is really old. indoor and outdoor pool is dirty. Incomplete amenities. No towels given. We have to go to front desk to get it. Unsatisfied with their grab&go breakfast. Orange juice pack, fruit cocktail, cookie and granola bar. They let us stay stay for an hour to check out.Will not go back and will not recommend to others.

I did not like anything about this hotel. I was dissatisfied and it was very disappointing. The outdoor pool had no chemical for 2 days and we could use it with our grandchildren. Not to mention it was 100 degrees outside. Also. They don’t volunteer to tell you they have a grab and go bkfst between certain hours. It was noisy above the 3 floor. They probably build staff quarters on the roof. The bathroom sink was clogged and no tissues available. I use to stay at this hotel under a different name years ago and it was worth staying at. Now it has become Very disappointing.
