Bed bugs in our room. We did report to manager and she said she would have maintenance check the room and after I requested refunded the money for the one night stay.

"Glad we only had to spend one night here"

Close to the freeway, decent breakfast

Our bed was extremely uncomfortable, our son said the pull out couch “felt like it was made of squishy rocks”, and I firmly believe that any hotel that chooses to go with those horrendous little square pillows on their beds will always deserve the lowest rating possible for comfort,

We had a bad experience with this motel. We were coming from CA, had a long road trip, and were quite tired. We arrived at the motel sometime around 10:40 PM, checked in, and went to our room. To our surprise, the room had a pretty bad odor. I tried calling the front desk for help, but nobody picked up the call. After trying 4 to 5 times, I went to the front desk and asked for help: I was looking for an air freshener or something that could help suppress the bad odor. The staff seemed sorry for the trouble, told me there were no alternative rooms available, and handed me over some sort of fabric cleaner. That thing did not help at all. We had a terrible night and were praying to get a few hours of sleep before we could leave this place!
