Locanda Don Serafino Historical Boutique Hotel

街中に溶け込む隠れ家的なホテルでした。 スタッフは親切に周辺の観光スポットの廻り方を教えてくれました。 部屋数が少ないので朝食もプライベート感が高く良かったです。 パンも美味しかったです。

バレットパーキングサービスは便利で良かったにですが、預けている最中にバンパーを擦られたようです。 これには一言欲しかったです。

Ho prenotato l'hotel Locanda don Serafino ed il loro ristorante come regalo per mio marito per il suo compleanno. Siamo stati benissimo. A prescindere dal ristorante, che merita una recensione a parte non in questa sede, anche l'hotel non è stato da meno. È un quattro stelle che ha offerto molte più attenzioni rispetto a dei cinque stelle in cui siamo stati. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno nella bellissima Ragusa ibla. Non posso che ringraziare per le attenzioni dedicate.

La posizione era buona

Purtroppo durante i giorni della nostra permanenza ci sono stati lavori stradali rumorosissimi sotto la ns finestra. La camera aveva un bagno piccolissimo e abbiamo trovato polvere su mensole, bicchieri e suppellettili … poca attenzione

The staff is so incredible. They all go above and beyond to make sure the stay is great. The room was super cool loved staying in a cave for a few days. 😊. The breakfast was delicious.

The humidity in the room at times was very high, which made the bedding and my clothes feel damp. They do have a pretty sophisticated dehumidifier system in the room, so I’m not sure what they can really do about it. But other than that, it was a great stay.

Perfect location for the sights of Ragusa Ibla. We were given a map at Reception and information about local restaurants which was very helpful.

There was no information in the room about facilities of the hotel. The shower screen allowed water to flood the bathroom floor when the shower was under normal pressure.

Great staff

This hotel building, carved into the stone, survived the 1693 earthquake and is over seven hundred years old. Josepi, on his second day at work, was an enormous help in parking my car, which was a midsize MG SUV. He went over and above what was expected. Breakfast was a joy with great staff, that would make you coffee exactly how I wanted it and kept it coming without having to ask. Sparkling wine awaited you in the cavern-like separate sitting area upon arrival after a stressful drive, before checking in. Linda and Eugenio gave us incredible service making reservations at restaurants for us and advice on visiting Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa. Linda phoned a restaurant for me when I thought that I had left my hat behind. The atmosphere of the hotel more than made up for the somewhat tight quarters of our room which could be accessed from the street, or by going up a spiral staircase cut int0 the stone behind the front desk. Service at it’s finest.
