Great service

The location, the staff, and the view was incredible. The day we flew out wasn’t until the evening and the staff offered to hold our bags for us so we could do some exploring. They also arrange our airport transports and renting an ATV. The breakfast was good and we got to sit by the edge of the cliff to see the view. The only negative thing I have to say is that there isn’t a lot of storage for clothes and other things but other than that is was well worth it

We stayed here for 2 nights and three days. Our flight came in late, there was someone there to let us into our room, and let us deal with the check in process the next day. Breakfast was a good variety, however whatever you picked the first day was what you received for however many days you were there. Room was clean and had an amazing view of the sea along with the sun set. Location was okay, you weren’t too close to much however you were right down the street from a busy terminal. Staff was very friendly, overall a great stay.

Overall, the property was fine. The view was world class beautiful, and the rooms were OK. However, we were very disappointed with the Front Desk Manager, Elena. Denise was great, but I'm sad to say Elena is perhaps the rudest Front Desk person I've experienced. I asked for directions to a local place, she told me to Google it. I asked for rates to upgrade our room, she told me to look on-line. She would not even look at me during our conversation, very disrespectful. If it wasn't for Denise we may have stayed elsewhere. I wish her good luck and hope you have a better experience.

Hotel was good, nice size rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was great, pool was very nice. Towels could have used a replacement as they were very old and rough feeling. Bathrooms are full painted cement including the sink, which was interesting but clean.

Property is beauty and staff were super helpful! The property is exactly like it is in the photos. The pool looks straight to the ocean. Many people would attend the rock cliff beside the property as it was picturesque. (You did not notice the people while on the Artemis property). We were upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing! We had French doors that opened to a covered balcony that overlooked the ocean. The only complaint was the bathroom was out dated. Denisa who is the front desk/ concierge was the best! Very helpful with recommendations and booking dinners for us! Artemis is located in Megalochiro. Which is a beautiful and cute little town 15 minutes from Fira and 40 minutes Oia. We would definitely return!

I like this place, everyone was very nice.

The most perfect spot, beautiful sunsets, super friendly staff, close to restaurants, transit, mini-mart.
