La situació és molt bona. El personal molt amable.

La recepció poc còmode i sense bany, has d’anar al pis 8, embolic amb els ascensors, l’esmorzar al pis 8 prèvia reserva. El menjar molt bo, però poca varietat. No sembla un hotel de 4 estrelles. La habitació petita i sense llum.

"A True London Gem"

This is definitely the best place to stay in London. The location is perfect, but what makes it really special is how it feels. It feels like home! warm, welcoming, and still very elegant. The interiors are beautiful and everything is done with great taste. The breakfast is honestly the best in the city. I’ve stayed in many top hotels in London, but this one is truly the best. The staff are so kind and gentle. This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely come back again. Special thanks to the reception team — you really made my stay special. Thank you so much.
