"Relaxing luxurious convenient"

We were upgraded to a lake view room which was much appreciated, and our request for an upper floor was met.

Small/ cheap TV with three remotes and no clear instructions for how to use them!

Everything!!! It was a great size, excellent views, so close to the main centre and absolutely clean. We hope to return soon.

Toilet rolls were a little thin.

Great location

It is very dated, old furniture and art work, etc, toilets had old plastic seats En suite bathroom shower was too small to even use for a large person There were very strong cooking smells throughout the facility due to residents who permanantly live there
