Very nice, comfy hotel We come here for the third time and have always appreciated the kindness and attention of the staff. When you have an early flight (07.00 am), they offer you to prepare a paper bag with a short breakfast included! That's so great!!!

The hotel is in a great location making it very easy to walk into town for meals and tours. The staff was very kind and always willing to make recomendations for places to go see. The hotel provides dark colored towels at the lobby for tours to the hot springs. Some improvements that could be made that we noted: Our A/C didn't seem to be working but we opened a window which worked for us. The shower would change from scalding hot water to cold and didn't seem to stay consistent. Breakfast was lacking. There was no variety from day to day.
