room was clean, breakfast excellent and stuff very efficient

I hope I will not be charged the first night (June 4) as my flight to Ponta Delgada was cancelled and the owner was informed June 3rd in advance.

Clean, spacious room, great bed. Great breakfast. Staff super-friendly. Short walk to cafes and restaurants.

Rooms are spacious & clean, the staff especially Joana & Pedro were so friendly and gracious. Excellent location, with a laundromat just a few doors down :) and walking distance to everything in Ponta Delgada. Additionally there is a fantastic & fun pizza restaurant & bar called Nonna’s also just a few steps from the hotel.

There are a few maintenance issues, the toilet seat barely fits over the toilet bowl, the shower head sprays water sideways which resulted in water running out between the shower curtain and wall absolutely soaking the whole bathroom floor. The phone in the room doesn’t work to call the front desk (for towels to clean up water). There’s an extensive room service menu that you scan from a QR code, food options looked great but there’s no instruction on how to place an order and that takes us back to the phone that first work!
