Hugo Hotel

- Friendly, very helpful Receptionist - Has Elevator - Nice location - Quiet neighborhood - Smells new and fresh - Nice sitting area with a sofa - Small desk for laptop and phone charging - Spotless bathroom

- Showerheads and water controls. You can wet yourself with cold water until you get the hang of how it works, what side to turn for cold/hot and which way to turn for hand/overhead shower. - The hose of the hand( telephone) shower was squirting and needed a replacement or repair. The beds were not locked and were constantly separating

The hotel has an exceptional location, that appears to be right in the heart of Varna, near cultural sights, fancy restaurants, cafe’s and its also next to the entrance of the sea garden.

I have no dislikes about the property.

Персонала изключително е вежлив. Хотела разполага с асансьор има място пред хотела за една кола да си разтовари багажа. Хотела разполага с подземен паркинг за 5 коли. Стаите са удобни и чисти. Има мини бар. Има кана за топла вода и чай и нес кафе.

Comfy beds, quiet, location right by the sea garden, 24 hour reception, very good breakfast (go early - 07:30 - for the pancakes and more choice) We slept really well here and would definitely stay again.

The showers would benefit from renovation but they're still powerful enough, the doors just leak a little. Parking, even to drop off, is a nightmare but doable if the guys behind you are patient!
