Location. Breakfast was the standard, sub standard continental type. Fresh but lacking in selection. Basic but ok.

Extremely noisy people (4 to 6) in rooms close to ours sitting outside very close to our window talking for hours. None of the electrical outlets in the room would securely hold plugs inserted into them except for 1 in the bathroom making it difficult to charge cell phones etc. Pool was freezing.
