Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Internet barely existed and unusable, toilet seat loose and sticky laminate floor

The room smelled clean. The bed was comfortable.

The floors were dirty, walking barefoot made the bottoms of our feet black. The breakfast left much to be desired. There was an assortment of cereals and the only hot option was biscuits and gravy which did not taste great.

I liked that it was on the outside of town, the mattress was comfortable and the woman at the front desk was kind.

Clean room, simple and worked for what we needed. Price was great for area.

Very loud with noise of being going up and down exterior stairs to second floor. Very dated.

Although the hotel is dated, it’s relatively clean. The breakfast employee was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast area is pleasant and the adjoining patio is comfortable. The property is 1 mile from downtown Mackinaw City.

It needs some maintenance repairs. The window closed, but didn’t lock. The hot water in the shower continued to drip well after it was shut off.

The location was good and the price was also on the affordable end. The people that checked me in were nice.

My tv didn't work, the room smelled, no shampoos or soap in the room, the breakfast was a mini muffin and yogurt (not a lot of choices) and set up in the main office where two other people were there with me and no one could sit.

Pleasant personnel. No problems. Basic accommodations, but that was our wish.
