La colazione era abbondante e ricca,il servizio spa molto valido,la camera dotata di tutti i confort.

I tappeti di spugna all'uscita dalla vasca riscaldata,la sorveglianza notturna: tornate dalla passeggiata alle 00:30, siamo entrate senza alcun riconoscimento da parte del personale.

"Unhelpful staff. No information given about the hotel upon arrival. The room was clean and comfy but thats it."

The room was clean and comfortable

The staff was unhelpful (we were stranded at a train station with no transportation and they didn’t help). No information was given about the services and spa upon arrival. Times were unclear for the spa. They made us pay for slippers and hair caps for the spa but then told us it was closing soon.

Кондиционер направлен прямо на кровать, холодно спать с кондиционером. В СПА вода не термальная.
