Lovely hotel in great position with easy access to bars and restaurants of Sliema. The room was very comfortable with amazing views over the bay to Valetta. The room had coffee/tea facilities and a fridge. Daily bottled water was provided which was very welcome. Breakfast was very good with a fantastic variety on offer. Omelettes made to order by the chef. Good hotel bar and we also had drinks by the outside pool overlooking the bay. Staff polite and professional in all areas of the hotel.

The hairdryer could have a longer flex as I found it tricky to use while I sat at the mirror. There was a problem with the walk in shower seal, which slightly flooded the bathroom. I reported this on check out. There was a connecting door to the next room which was not sound proofed enough as I could hear the person next door talking loudly on telephone conference calls.

I had my birthday and because of that I received a gift of a free upgrade from a room to a suite and some amenities. It was a very nice gesture that made our trip very special. Everyone from the staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything !

The indoor pool was closing a bit early.
