Lage super, grosse Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl.

Das Personal gab einem nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, mit 2 Ausnahmen (Portier, der Mann für alles, der uns die Garage, etc. zeigte und die herzliche „ältere“ Dame beim Frühstück, die immer ein Lächeln für die Gäste hatte und stets freundlich und zuvorkommend war!!!).

Located over looking Lake Garda with only the hotel’s garden and swimming pool between the lake and the hotel, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable with AC. Breakfast is a feast catering to all tastes and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. What a delightful place to stay.

מלון מצוין במחיר סביר, אחלה מיקום, החדרים שפונים לאגם שקטים והמלון קרוב לאגם ובמרחק הליכה מהעיר העתיקה איפה שכל המסעדות נמצאות. הצוות אדיב ונכון לעזור בכל בעיה. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת ומגוונת

השתמשנו בחניה תמורת תשלום. לדעתי מלון ברמה הזו צריך לכלול חניה ללא תשלום. ביקשנו לצאת מהחדר מעט אחרי זמן הצ'ק ולא רק שלא אישרו לנו, אלא שגם ביקשו מאיתנו לפנות בזמן את החניה (כך שלא יכולנו להשאיר מזוודות ולצאת להסתובב קצת). זו שכותם כמובן, אבל לא היה נראה שהמלון בתפוסה מלאה, והרי הצ'ק-אין הוא רק אחר הצהריים, כך שלדעתי יכלו לסייע עם העניין.

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöner Garten mit eigenem Seezugang und Bootsanleger. Reichliches Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Schöne Lobby und eine sehr schön eingerichtete geräumige Bar. Vom Hotel aus über eine wunderschöne Promenade alles fußläufig zu erreichen, Restaurants, Shopingmöglichkeiten.

Die Einrichtung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (Schranktüren hängen) schwergängige Armaturenhebel und man sieht dem Bad sein Alter an. Der Einstieg in eine Badewanne zum Duschen ( mind.60cm hoch) ist für ein so hochpreisiges Haus kein Standard mehr, das Zimmer war ein Doppelzimmer deluxe (Suite). Die Fassade zum Garten hin gehört für ein vier Sterne Hotel renoviert.

There is one word for this hotel - exceptional!. From the minute we arrived at the hotel everything was taken care of. A welcoming reception, bags brought to the room and everything explained. We had a junior suite which was worth the extra money, just for space alone. It was a really clean hotel. Each room overlooks the lake which is stunning. The hotel doesn't offer evening meals but does have snacks until early evening - snacks include things like burgers or club sandwiches!. The staff are really kind, welcoming and oblige to your every need. Breakfast is buffet and plenty of variety - just ask and they will make you a speciality coffee of your choosing. The hotel location is super, it's right in Salo, 5 minute walk and you're in town or on the promenade with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel is super quiet, couldn't hear any rowdy noise at all and has a great atmosphere. For what we paid I would recommend and return.

Hotel leży bezpośrednio nad jeziorem Garda , ma własny dostęp do jeziora 9 zejście po drabince , skaliste dno , teren do kąpieli wygrodzony ) .Oprócz tego basen zewnętrzny , jakuzi , duża il. leząkow , również na trawiastej własnej plaży ,dużo cienia pod rozłożystymi drzewami . Barek przy basenie , ręczniki plażowe dostępne w cenie . Cały teren sprzątany , bardzo zadbany .Jedynie brak brodzika dla dzieci. Dla dorosłych idealny

Nie było do czego się przyczepić ,zarówno w pokoju , w samym hotelu , jak i w otoczeniu . Polecamy z całego serca
