"Very nice experience!"

Fantastic hotel. We have stayed in the hotel for 1 week. Only positive points. It appears that some improvements have been made recently. The airco is very efficient, all rooms are modernized etc. Location cannot be better. Just 100 mtr from Salo, with lots of restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly.

Seconda volta in questo fantastico hotel vista lago. Belle camere spaziose con magnifica vista sul lago. Piscina vista lago, personale molto gentile, bella atmosfera e comodo per girare Saló a piedi. Spero di tornare la terza volta

"Dårlige parkeringsforhold, ikke løsningsorienteret personale, godt poolområde og god morgenmad"

Poolområdet er lækkert og frokosten på restauranten var rigtig god.

Vi bestilte parkering, men da vi ankom fik vi af vide bilen var for stor(har en mellemstor bil), hvilket der ikke blev oplyst om kunne være en udfordring. Bliver henvist til en offentligt parkering, som var dyrere og da vi ved udtjekning skulle hente bilen virkede dankortautomaten ikke og de tog kun imod kontanter. Hotellet var slet ikke hjælpsomme, til trods for det var dem der havde skabt udfordringen og jeg måtte bruge yderligere 45 min på at finde en bank og hæve dem, imens familen måtte vente udenfor og vi blev selvfølgelig forsinket i vores rejse.
